I always look forward to the fall and winter months because there are so many wonderful holidays to celebrate! From home decor to table settings for parties, you can really have fun and be creative with each theme! So why, do I always feel like there is not enough to celebrate or do in Spring and Summer months? Let’s face it, any excuse is a good excuse to have a party and with these pictures I have chosen, maybe it will inspire you to feel the same!
As you all know I have always been a sucker for anything blue and white. The picture above is just one way to really have fun with it and still look elegant! Who said a sea table scape had to be beach looking? This beautiful pewter octopus bowl would certainly be a stunning centerpiece on any table.
Another delightful way to serve your favorite shell food! Pewter can have both a formal and casual feel. Perfect for whatever type of mood you are trying to set.
Not all entertaining in the Spring and Summer scream water or sea. Here is a beautiful way to set a buffet table with style!
But what if you are looking to host a more formal event? Why not pass your favorite bites on something your guests will remember…
and put something on the table they will remember as well. What a striking centerpiece!
Now that we have some ideas for table design, maybe we should compliment our table look with our personal look.
Don’t want to commit to silver clothing? How about trying some silver jewelry for accents! The horn necklace is trendy and very hot right now! Multiple silver bracelets tops it off!!
For those lucky enough to have some eye candy on our arm, why not dazzle him up in some silver too? I am sure the two of you and your home will be a hit!!!
I can’t help myself…one last blue and white picture 🙂
I would love to know what you think…like the silver for Spring/Summer entertaining? Have any great photos or comments you’d like to share? I would love to see them or hear them. Find all these great silver entertaining pieces and more at http://www.greysonplace.com. Thanks for reading!
